Founding Partner & Managing PartnerNshimiyimana S. Eugene is the founding partner of NSE Law Chambers. With more than 15 years of active legal practice, he has built a distinguished career spanning civil and commercial litigation, criminal defence, corporate advisory, and public law across Rwanda and the East African region.
Eugene holds an Master of Laws in International Business and Economic Law from Kigali Independent University (ULK), specialising in international trade, investment, financial, and corporate insolvency law. He combines this postgraduate expertise with deep knowledge of Rwandan substantive law and procedure at all court levels — from the Primary Courts through the Supreme Court of Rwanda.
